This week, we're talking VISION.
Anyone from Oprah to your friend on Instagram who's really into juice cleanses will be quick to tell you envisioning your dream future is the most effective way to achieve it. But what if you're not sure what your dream future even is, or are too afraid to find out because you're afraid you'll never reach it?
As we dive into getting in touch with our visions for the future this week, I invite you to take a closer look at what you really want with these daily journaling prompts. They'll serve as jumping off points to help you imagine your ideal life, from specific details to big picture themes.
Don't overthink your responses. Just go with what feels natural and what makes your heart race with excitement. Think big! Like, you feel ridiculous for even entertaining the idea big.
Your wildest dreams can never come true if you don't allow yourself to explore what they actually are.
Here are seven days of prompts to get you going.
Sunday: Write about your dream home.
How big is it? What does it look like? Where is it located? Who lives in it with you? How does your space make you feel?
Monday: Picture yourself winning the award of a lifetime and giving your acceptance speech.
What is the award for? How do you feel when you accept it? Which famous figures are in the audience watching?
Tuesday: Write about your perfect day from start to finish.
Where will you wake up? What will you eat? What activities will you do? Who will you be with? What will you wear?

Wednesday: Describe your dream self.
Which positive traits do you possess? What are your strengths when it comes to interacting with other people? Which skills have you mastered? What do you value? What makes you an incredible person?
Thursday: Write about the legacy you want to leave behind.
Will people remember you as a kindhearted giver? A determined warrior? When people speak about the positive difference you have made in the world, what do you want them to say?
Friday: Transform your dreams into goals.
Take a moment to look back at your entries from this week and choose a few standout sentences or themes that make you especially excited. These are now your goals. Write each of them down, and reflect on how you can begin to work toward them in your daily life.
Saturday: Write positive affirmations about your goals in present tense.
Examples: “I am a strong leader. I make people feel good about themselves. The work I do is award winning. My days are full of opportunities for adventure.” Focusing on these goals and living as if they are already true for you will help bring them into your life as realities.

Remember to be open to any new desires or goals you may discover along the way. You never know what your heart may reveal to you when you take the time to listen.
I hope these prompts will help you better understand what you truly want and give you the clarity and confidence you need to make it happen.
Happy journaling!
